COLUMBUS, OH - The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) has selected Blue Sky eLearn’s Path LMS™ as its learning management system (LMS) to be the foundational tool for ASNT Learn.
The LMS will be the infrastructure for optimizing user-interface with the various learning opportunities which will roll out through ASNT Learn, ASNT’s new portal for educational and continued learning opportunities for nondestructive testing (NDT) professionals. Designed to be an accessible point of engagement, ASNT Learn will feature webinars, on-demand courses, and other proven professional development programs to be run through the platform.
“The investment in Path LMS is strategic capacity building for ASNT,” according to ASNT Executive Director Neal Couture. “Associations provide education and professional development as a core benefit to members. Not only is this an imperative for ASNT’s fulfillment of a key expectation of its current and prospective members, but it is in our mission – to create a safer world by advancing scientific, engineering, and technical knowledge in the field of nondestructive testing.”
ASNT's integration of Path LMS over the coming months will include systems testing to ensure security and an intuitive user experience. An announcement will be released when the LMS is live and able to serve its members.
