Ultrasonic Testing of Anchor Bolts

In the January 2016 edition of The NDT Technician, the author provided a review of ultrasonic testing (UT) for bolts and pins. In this article, the author will build upon the first article with an in-depth review of the ultrasonic testing of steel anchor bolts on highway signs and traffic signals. His experience working with three different state departments of transportation led him to write this article based on his experience and research working with cantilever signs.
