Blackbeard’s Flagship Still Causing Trouble 300 Years Later: Using X-ray Imaging to Examine a Shipwreck

This paper describes the rediscovery of Blackbeard the Pirate’s concretion encrusted flagship and how digital X-ray imaging has been used to locate some of the more interesting artifacts that have been entombed there.
