Maximizing Nondestructive Testing Training Effectiveness

Initial training in specific nondestructive testing (NDT) methods is a cornerstone around the world for personnel qualification in each method. Many forms of initial training have been sued to qualify NDT personnel. This paper explains many options for NDT training, including virtual and e-learning.
