Automated Data Analysis System for Steam Generator Tube Inspection

The inspection of steam generator tubes in nuclear power plants generates a large volume of data that needs to be analyzed. Manual analysis is timeconsuming, laborious and results in operator inconsistencies. This paper describes physicsbased signal processing techniques towards a fully automated analysis system for eddy current inspection signals.
