This paper reports the monitoring study of a High Performance Steel (HPS) bridge for bridge No. 6032 on MD140 over Maryland Midland Railroad, MD27 and West Branch in Carroll County, Maryland. Another purpose of this present study is to demonstrate a distributed wire sensor developed by the UM research team.
