There are many forms of industry that utilize NDT in an effort to promote safety and prevent failure. All of these industries are linked by the fact that people are operating, inspecting, or supervising these operations. With this comes the possibility of many factors that, if gone undetected, will combine to cause a disaster. This presentation is designed to bring individual awareness to these factors in an effort to promote safety and productivity to the industrial community.
